Continuing this tradition, two weeks following the exclusive opening of the Palm Jumeirah branch, Chef Yamamoto unveiled an entirely new ramen at the Chef’s Table. The Duck Shoyu Ramen embodies his vision and artistry, each meticulously composed bowl reflecting his dedication to precision, balance, and innovative culinary expression.
The Duck Shoyu Ramen begins with Chef Yamamoto’s signature duck broth, enriched with Japanese dashi for a flavour that is both rich and delicately balanced. A mushroom fig sauce adds depth while a drizzle of truffle pistachio oil brings warmth and sophistication. Tender slices of duck chashu and crisp bamboo shoots complete the bowl, offering layers of texture, balance, and satisfaction in every bite. This exclusive creation is now available at Konjiki Hototogisu Palm Jumeirah, located on Level 1 of The Palm Jumeirah Mall and Mall of Emirates, Level 2, Al Barsha. Following the acclaim of our Mall of the Emirates branch, awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2024 and 2025, our Palm Jumeirah location offers a serene and elegant setting, allowing guests to savour each carefully crafted detail.
